Frustration guaranteed at cars24, The “make offer” button that demands an app install.

Forcing an app installation after clicking “Make Offer” on a website violates the “Match Between System and the Real World” heuristic.
Users expect to continue the offer process within the current web environment, not be abruptly redirected to download a separate application. This breaks the natural flow and creates an unexpected and frustrating experience.

It seems Cars24 prioritizes increasing its app downloads over delivering a genuine user experience. The features appear to be fake and incomplete. If complete features are not ready, they should not be launched.
